Subprocessor List

Nemroot uses the service providers below to process Client Data on behalf of its dealership customers, as described in the Nemroot Data Processing Addendum (nemroot.com/dpa), Schedule 3. Each provider is bound by written data protection terms.

Changes to this list
Nemroot will notify Clients of any new or replacement subprocessor by email to the Client's notice email address and by updating this page at least fifteen (15) days before the subprocessor begins processing Client Data. A Client may object on reasonable data protection grounds within fifteen (15) days after notice, as described in the Data Processing Addendum.
Integrations that a Client chooses to connect, such as its website, DMS, DealerCenter, lead sources, Meta platforms or Google Calendar, are not Nemroot subprocessors. Data shared through them is governed by the Client's own agreements with those providers.
